P2. Cappadocia Inside Out Tour (1 Day)

Start the day with a hike in Red/Rose Valley for 4-6 km with awesome views and surprizes around every corner in the rocky landscape. The walk ends in Cavusin village where there is a rock castle which once housed all the inhabitants. After lunch go underground in either Kaymakli or Derinkuyu to explore one of these incredible underground cities where the inhabitants were completetly protected from the outside world. End the day in the old Greek village of Mustafapasa (Greek name Sinassos) with its beautiful Medrese doorway and turning pillar, the 19th century church of Constantine and Helena, and traditional stone houses with detailed stone decorations. You can even have a cup of tea in a traditional old Greek house.

P3. Cappadocia Culture Tour (1 Day)

This tour is full of colorful local tradition as well as historical places and incredibly beautiful countryside. You can visit either Kaymakli or Derinkuyu underground city where locals could hide in safety throughout history, Soganli Valley of churches, the archaeological site of a newly discovered late Roman/early Byzantine town called Sobessos, the 14th century mosque, tombs and medrese in Taskinpasa, Keslik Monastery with its 2 churches and dining area, see if you can spot the hidden church at Cemil Village, and finally walk around Mustafapasa and even stop for a cup of tea in an old Greek house.

P4. Cappadocia Nature Tour (1 Day)

This is the third most important tour of Cappadocia and takes you further out of the region (Ihlara is a 3 hour return trip from central Cappadocia). On the way to the canyon you can either visit an underground city where locals could hide in safety throughout history or Nar Golu volcanic crater lake and thermal pool or Guzelyurt (Gelveri, Karvala, Karballa) old Greek village and church of Saint Gregory (Aghios Gregorios) built in 380. You can walk in Ihlara Canyon "Valley of the Sky" from the entrance staircase to Belisirma for lunch on the river, then drive to Yaprakhisar panorama & Selime and visit the famous monastery before the journey back, which includes a short stop at Agzikarahan, a 13th century Seljuk caravanserai.
